This policy explains how the website أذكار إسلامية ("the Site") handles information. The Site is published by KM Digital Labs, Cairo, Arab Republic of Egypt, the controller for the processing described here. Privacy contact: info@islamicdhikr.com.

1. Summary

• You do not need an account. We do not ask for your name, email or phone number, unless you choose to leave a contact in a report that you send yourself.
• Your dhikr counts and preferences (language, theme, text size) are stored only in your browser. We never receive them.
• The Site may show ads from Google AdSense, which uses cookies or similar identifiers. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent message is shown before advertising cookies are used.
• We do not use analytics tools, and we do not sell your personal information.

2. Information stored only in your browser

The Site keeps in your browser's local storage (localStorage and IndexedDB): today's dhikr counts, your choices (language, theme, text size), and a copy of the azkar content so pages load faster. This is never sent to us or anyone else. You can delete it by clearing the site data in your browser settings.

3. Hosting and content updates (Google Firebase)

The Site is hosted on Firebase Hosting and loads the latest azkar content from our database on Cloud Firestore (Google). As with any internet request, Google's servers receive your IP address and standard technical information (such as the browser type) to deliver the pages, and may keep short-lived operational logs. Google acts as our processor for this; we do not use these logs to identify you.

3a. Reader reports

If you send a report or suggestion with the "Report a problem" button, we store in our database your message, the type of report, the dhikr or category you sent it from, the interface language and the translation language shown, the site version, and the optional contact you chose to type. We use it only to fix content and the site, and we share it with no one. To have your report deleted, email us at the address in section 8.

4. Fonts (Google Fonts)

The Arabic typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when they load. Google Fonts does not set cookies. Google's privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy.

5. Advertising (Google AdSense) and cookies

To keep the Site free, we may show ads from Google AdSense (Google LLC; for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited). We show a small number of ads in clearly labelled places ("Advertisement"). Ads never appear inside or between dhikr texts, and we use no pop-ups or full-page ads.

• What is collected: Google and its partners may use cookies or similar identifiers to show and measure ads, limit how often you see the same ad, prevent fraud and, if you agree, personalise ads based on your visits to this and other websites. This includes your IP address and browser and device information.
• Google's role: for personalised advertising and measurement, Google acts as an independent controller. How Google uses information from sites that use its services: policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites. About advertising cookies: policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
• Consent: in the EEA, the UK and Switzerland, Google's consent message (a Google-certified consent management platform) is shown before advertising cookies are used. You can accept, refuse or choose options, and change your choice at any time with "Privacy options" at the bottom of the page.
• US states with privacy laws: where required, the same message lets you opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for targeted advertising.
• Everyone: you can turn off personalised ads in Google's Ad Settings, or delete cookies in your browser.
• Ad content: we ask Google to block sensitive categories that do not suit an azkar site (such as dating, suggestive content, alcohol, gambling and astrology).

6. Links to our apps

7. Legal bases (EEA, UK and Switzerland)

• Advertising cookies and personalised ads: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and ePrivacy rules), which you can withdraw at any time.
• Delivering pages, content and fonts, and preventing abuse: our legitimate interests in running a free and secure website (Art. 6(1)(f)).
• Answering your emails: our legitimate interests.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to object to processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Because we hold no data that identifies you, most advertising requests are best sent to Google through the links above. Email us at info@islamicdhikr.com; we reply within 30 days.

9. Children

The Site is for a general audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we do not ask Google to show personalised ads to children.

10. Changes and governing law

We may update this policy; the new date will appear at the top. This policy is governed by the law of the Arab Republic of Egypt, without affecting the mandatory rights you have in your country.
